Refund Policy for Bash Trading Hub

1.1. Payments for courses and services must be made in full before the commencement of the class.
1.2. Refunds are not available once a class or course has started.


2. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

  • Proven errors in payment processing caused by us.
  • Technical issues on our platform that prevent access to the course.

2.2. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to support@bashtradinghub.com within seven (7) days of the payment date.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after course enrollment.
  • Failure to attend physical or online classes.
  • Dissatisfaction with the course content or teaching methods, unless exceptional circumstances are proven.

4. Refund Process

4.1. Approved refund requests will be processed within 14 business days.
4.2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
